During this trying time of the coronavirus, we are committed to providing our clients, new and returning, with the safest environment with the following precautions to ensure your and our health. You may continue to receive services from your therapist through Zoom Pro or the phone as long as you wish. Please note that there may come a time when your insurance may no longer pay for telemental health sessions, so please contact them to be sure of payment. If your insurance company would deny your session claim, you would be responsible for the payment of the session.

If you decide to return to in person sessions, here are the changes that you will agree to as you return and what you can expect from us (download Informed Consent for Returning to Office):

If you have a temperature (we may take your temperature at the start of the session) or feel sick in any way, please stay home and we will reschedule your session or schedule you for an Zoom Pro/phone session. We will do the same and not attend sessions if we are sick or have a temperature.

We will continue to wipe down the office door, handles, switches etc. in the office spaces that you will be in during your session time.

We ask that you wait in your car and your therapist will have you enter as close to your scheduled time as possible. We may need a few moments to wipe down surfaces.

We require that you and the therapist wear a mask throughout your session.

We will position seating 6 feet apart for social distance.


We will disinfect pens before and after use.

We have removed snacks, water coolers, magazines and waiting room activities to help cut down on surfaces that you would share with others.
